THE Broncos may be forced to opt for a new bench forward with young enforcer Tevita Pangai Jnr in doubt for Friday’s NRL clash with the Rabbitohs.

The powerful prop suffered a knee injury and broke a finger in last week’s narrow win over the Titans.

With Jai Arrow (thumb) also sidelined for up to six weeks, Brisbane may need to call prop Joe Ofahengaue into the side or could look to fresh blood in young Souths Logan forward George Fai.

Both Ofahengaue and Fai played in the Intrust Super Cup yesterday so will most likely just do rehab at Red Hill today.

Winger Jordan Kahu will also test out a groin injury in today’s session.
